Our Team
Louis is an entrepreneur and mycologist. As a kid he found joy in nature and connected with plants, fungi and animals. He just loved being outside, whether in the woods or playing sports. He started cultivating plants at a young age, leading to a long, successful career in the commercial agriculture industry. He was introduced to mushrooms in high school and accredits them for his development as an inspired, motivated and healthy person. Louis spent time in Peru studying and experiencing the plant and fungi medicines of the Amazon. His love for plants inspired his love for fungi and enjoys cultivating and connecting to mushrooms. He is seeking further education in horticulture, and is studying to become a Colorado state-certified master gardener. Louis is a Colorado kid at heart, and loves his time in the mountains, mountaineering a few 14ers a year. He also loves the ocean and has developed a love for Scuba diving and is studying to become a Master Diver. Louis understands the benefits of the small things and believes in utilizing the tools and wisdom others have established, such as yoga, meditation and philosophy, to better his well being and achieve a healthy lifestyle, mind, body and spirit. Staying focused and disciplined are key components to Louis’ success in life. Some of Louis’ goals in life are to make a difference in society and make strong connections with his peers.
Donny is a father, small business owner, entrepreneur, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt, and mycologist.
He sees MycoFocus as more than a product, but as a labor of love that reflects his journey, passion, and beliefs.
When he’s in the office, he works on building his business by coaching his sales and service team in order to grow. He learned very early on that you have to work ON your business, not for your business. He had to recruit, coach, and trust that his team could work for his business, while he works on growing it.
When Donny is not working on his business, he loves to be in nature and being outside in all weather conditions. There is nothing he loves more than getting up at 4am on Saturday while it has been a blizzard all night and driving up to the mountains in white knuckle conditions to spend the day catching fresh powder turns all day.
Above all else, Donny cherishes the time he gets to spend with his son. Being a father has completely changed his life and given him a new type of love that he didn’t even know existed.
In a society obsessed with external validation and the never-ending “rat race,” he’s discovered that true happiness comes from within. The pursuit of happiness isn’t about accumulating material possessions or seeking approval from others, It’s about helping others find their potential and elevating everyone’s life whom you come in contact with.
Donny’s mission is to empower individuals to break free from the constraints of modern society and find their own paths to happiness, productivity, and fulfillment. Nature has provided us with incredible tools, like the magic of mushrooms and the potential of nootropics to unlock our full potential and live life on our own terms.
Rachelle is the dynamic VP of Sales/Marketing and Partner at MycoFocus. Her commitment to wellness stems from a deeply personal journey. As a mother, she finds strength and inspiration in her almost 8-year-old son, following the heartbreaking loss of her oldest son to a brain bleed shortly after birth. This profound experience fuels her drive to help others achieve better health.
Raised in a small mountain town, Rachelle developed a deep love for the mountains and an adventurous spirit. She is an avid snowboarder, finding joy and freedom on the slopes. These passions influence her work, infusing it with a sense of vitality and connection to nature. Her background as a dancer and entertainer, combined with her street smarts, gives her a unique perspective and dynamic approach to business. Known as a social butterfly, she easily connects with people, building meaningful and lasting relationships.
Believing in the healing power of natural remedies, Rachelle is dedicated to creating products that enhance well-being. At MycoFocus, she merges her personal experiences, love for the mountains, and passion for wellness to offer the best in medicinal mushroom supplements. Her story is one of resilience, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on others’ lives.
As an Herbal Educator at Nature’s Way in the mid-to-late 90’s, I greatly enjoyed formulating synergistic products that incorporated herbs, vitamins and minerals. By thoughtfully combining co-factors known to cross the blood brain barrier, along with complementary herbs, the effective blends I crafted, were just what consumers and retailers throughout North America were looking for at the time.
Today I’m lucky to partner with the creators of MycoFocus, to design medicinal mushroom products targeted to what everyone needs today – sharp mental clarity and cognition, and blissful sleep.
As a Registered Dietitian in Colorado Springs with two decades of experience as a medical provider, I assist patients with their individual medical and wellness concerns. In my practice, I design plans that fully address each person’s specific dietary and nutritional needs. My familiarity with cutting-edge products designed to fuel active lifestyles, sports of all kinds, and assist with disease prevention, allows
me to offer comprehensive care plans to each client.
“I see the mycelium as the Earth’s natural Internet, a consciousness with which we might be able to communicate.”

You have power over your mind – not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.
Be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.
Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.
People think focus means saying yes to the thing you got to focus on. It means saying no to the hundred other good ideas that there are. You have to pick carefully.
